2. From the aspect of material

Generally speaking, the material can be divided into two major parts:

One is the plastic parts, which must have good flame retardancy, which is the flame retardant rating of UL94V-0; the simpler test method here is to ignite with an open flame. If the plastic part leaves the open flame and goes out, it means that the terminal has a good performance. Flame retardant performance;

The second is the crimping frame. Many customers often say whether the terminal is made of copper or not, and this refers to the crimping frame. Generally speaking, the copper frame has a more angular texture than iron ore. If you are not at ease, you can disassemble the plastic part and take out the crimping frame for further testing, and you cannot listen to the sales side.

3. Test it yourself

Nowadays, the reason for the poor contact of some terminals on the market is that the screw torque cannot meet the requirements, so the screw torque of the terminal is particularly important, so it is better to test it yourself.
